Stars & Highlights of the Week 30.05.2025
After a relaxing Bank Holiday Monday, the rest of the week was full of energy and excitement. On Tuesday, pupils jumped into Skill School, showing fantastic teamwork and effort.
Thursday brought more fun with Fundamentals Club, singing with Aoife Mullan, and Tin Whistle with George Murphy—the school was alive with music and rhythm!
We’ve loved seeing lots of creative outdoor learning this week. From building dens to imaginative role-play and inventive games, the children have been using their surroundings and their imaginations brilliantly.
A big moment in Primary 1 and 2—our butterflies finally hatched this week, and excitement was fluttering as much as the butterflies themselves! The children couldn’t wait to get a closer look and, of course, start the all-important job of naming them. We’ve already heard some strong contenders like “Daisy” and “Gary” …We’ll see which names stick as the children continue to care for their new winged friends!
We ended the week by celebrating our Stars of the Week—a huge well done to our brilliant pupils who have shown kindness, determination, and positivity. You make us proud every day!
