We were delighted to celebrate our Stars of the Week, recognising pupils for their hard work, kindness, and positive attitudes.
Our Primary 1/2 pupils enjoyed a lovely Shared Education session this week. A big thank you to Drumrane and St Canice’s, Feeny for visiting, and to Sinead for leading the beautiful art activities — the children thoroughly enjoyed the creativity and teamwork.
We also had a fantastic Skill School taster day, Minecraft Club, and Irish Club continuing after school. The sound of Irish traditional sing-alongs added a lovely atmosphere to the week.
A special mention to our Primary 7 pupils, who led a wonderful assembly all about hedgerows. They confidently explained the importance of hedgerows for wildlife, biodiversity, and our local environment. As part of their project, they had a brilliant time planting hedges in our school grounds — a fantastic and lasting contribution to our school community.
A very special good luck to our Primary 7 pupil who will be playing at half-time during the Derry vs Cork match — what an incredible opportunity!
