Stars & Highlights of the Week 1.05.26
It has been another busy and exciting week across the school. We proudly celebrated our Stars of the Week, recognising pupils for their hard work, kindness, and positive attitudes.
A special well done to one of our pupils who did brilliantly in gymnastics - a fantastic achievement!
Our Primary 1/2 pupils enjoyed their final Shared Education trip, visiting Trix soft play alongside St Canice’s, Feeny and Drumrane Primary School. The children had a wonderful time - a big thank you to Trix for having us!
A huge congratulations to our boys who were crowned Cumann na mBunscol All-County Hurling Shield Champions - an incredible achievement! With a team made up of younger players, they showed outstanding determination, teamwork, and skill throughout - we are so proud of them.
We also took part in the Fr Jack Gallagher Memorial Cup football, representing the school with great spirit and effort.
A big thank you to Christina from Meraki Art for visiting the school - the children absolutely loved the creative session and it was a joy to see their imagination at work.
We marked National Principal Day by thanking our wonderful principal Mrs Jackson, for all that she does for our school community - your dedication and care do not go unnoticed.
Finally, best of luck to our Primary 4 pupil who will be competing in motocross in England this weekend — we hope you have the best time and enjoy every minute!
We hope everyone enjoys a nice long weekend and we will see you all on Wednesday
